It Halloween, and I was in the mood to paint something a little spoooky.
Say hello to 'Mr Pipes'. In 1992, the BBC broadcast a one-off drama for Halloween entitled 'Ghostwatch'. It was a fictional 'live broadcast' from what was supposedly a haunted house (something akin to 'Most Haunted' or 'Ghosthunters' ), where a poltergeist had been terrorizing a family. It starred real-life TV personalities Michael Parkinson, Sarah Greene and Craig Charles. The ghost's presence was always foreshadowed by a banging noise in the house's central heating system, hence the name "Mr Pipes". This show was scary as hell! Seriously, the BBC has been banned from broadcasting it ever since it first aired. IT *IS* THAT SCARY!!! So, do yourself a favour this Halloween, click on the link below, turn the lights off, and plug in your headphones... [link] You won't sleep for a couple of nights... MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH  Comments

He reminds me of one of the engineers you see in Dead Space. And I wouldn't want to bump into him on a dark night. D: -- Lots of people expect a smart comment that will cheer them up or make them laugh out loud. This isn't one of them.  Thanks, though I can't really claim the design as my own, I only drew what I saw on the TV (for the three seconds he appeared).
Believe it or not, this guy's actually wearing a dress. It's a really freaky part of the show when you find out his back story and how he died. They don't make 'em like they used to. -- The e-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail. He sounds like such a bizzare character, but because he is, I suppose it makes him all the more intimidating and frightening. D:

I think it's the non-actors' performances that really sell the whole thing to you. Parky's never looked better. -- The e-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.  It's a shame they didn't stick to their original ending, but it was still awesome.
